Hello everyone! So I uploaded a new video on my Youtube channel to address a challenge that many of us are facing every day of our lives. I’m very sure there are many people out there who often wonder why they are always feeling energy and sleep deprived on a daily basis and­­ feeling consistently tired in the morning. “Why is my energy so low?” Fatigue is not a good feeling and it makes us feel unproductive due to stasis. Many people tend to ignore the importance of what we put into our bodies, and are quick to run to solutions that involve consuming unhealthy amounts of caffeinated coffee, energy drinks or even taking energy pills. I am here to tell you that there are reasons for the causes of fatigue. One of the most obvious for lack of energy can be a deficiency of iron and men and women. But it actually goes deeper than that.  So in this segment, I’ll be sharing with you what causes lack of energy and how to increase energy overall.

#1 Hydration:

I cannot stress this one enough. Most people do not drink enough water and I notice all the time that if I don’t drink at least 250Mls of water before going to bed or either the moment after I wake up, I’m always waking up tired feeling like crap and my body feels bogged down throughout the day. Sort of like a car running on an empty gas tank with a loss of power. Suffering from random inexplicable headaches and migraines is another noticeable sign that you MUST drink more water.  I believe the quality of my sleep suffers as well, thus it feels a lot more of an inhibited sleep rather than a deep sleep.  Most times I can help alleviate this feeling when I drink an entire bottle of water as soon as I wake up in the morning. Not to mention, there was a very interesting and informative article that I came across on that explains 8 amazing benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach after waking up.









You guys should definitely check that out because the information is actually quite mind-blowing in the sense that it mentions things that would normally fly over our heads. #2 Good Diet: This one is not at all an easy fix, but you can slowly start to make sure that you ALWAYS eat right before going to bed! Remember, as you go to sleep when your digestive system is active it will most definitely disturb your sleep quality. Especially if you eat foods that are heavy in dairy and sugar. Sugar is probably the worst thing that you can eat shortly before going to bed because it actually causes your blood to thicken the next day which also leads to fatigue.  Also, other terrible foods that irritate your intestines or can give you acid reflux includes, (super greasy foods, acidic or spicy foods). If you just HAVE to eat these things, at least give your body SEVERAL hours of buffer time before going to bed.

I would also highly suggest a 30-day juice cleanse or a very effective schedule based colon cleanse as well.

#3 Sleep Hygiene:

Good sleep habits include not eating or using your phone, browsing the internet or watching TV in bed.

One thing that a lot of people don’t know is that the blue light emitted by screens on cell phones, computers, tablets, and television restrains the production of melatonin. This is the hormone that controls our sleep/wake cycles or circadian rhythm. In actuality, reducing melatonin makes it harder to fall and stay asleep. Sleep experts say that your bed should only be used for 2 purposes only:  Sleep and Sex. Otherwise, your mind will do the opposite and associate your bed with other fun activities that will prevent your body from naturally switching into sleep mode the moment you get into bed. You should try to go to bed and wake up around the SAME exact time throughout the week, INCLUDING weekends! That way, your body gets into a healthy routine and your brain automatically recognizes the set times for your internal clock. Staying up until 3 am one night and then trying to go to bed at 11 pm the following night and then waking up at 8 am just isn’t going to cut it. It will never magically fix your tiredness because you got only one night of proper sleep.  This will lead to feeling bogged down and fatigued like I had mentioned earlier, due to having an irregular sleep schedule. Google, “Sleep Hygiene” for more info on good behavioral things you can change to help improve your sleep!

#4 Lightning:

Trust me; this is ten times more important than it sounds. Try to get as much sunlight as possible during the day, especially in the morning to help you wake up.  In fact, there was a very informative article that I came across on titled, “Oxford Scientist Confirms Starting Work, School before 10 AM is Torture” By Vandita.   Here’s an important excerpt I wanted to share from the article…

“Dr. Paul Kelley, an honorary clinical research associate at Oxford University’s Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute and one of the UK’s leading sleep experts, says forcing adults and adolescents to start work before 10 am is tantamount to torture, leaving their bodies exhausted and stressed as a result of sleep deprivation.”
“Your liver and your heart have different patterns and you’re asking them to shift two or three hours. We cannot change our 24-hour rhythms. You cannot learn to get up at a certain time. Your body will be attuned to sunlight and you’re not conscious of it because it reports to hypothalamus, not sight.”


And this ladies and gentlemen explains why we are lacking energy on a daily basis. Our bodies were naturally made to wake up with the sun. The rays of sunlight that are rich in vitamin D are supposed to pierce through the windows of our bedrooms and make contact with our skin for our bodies to absorb. The problem is that many of us are waking up when the moon is still out when we should be waking up when the sun itself is wide awake. Our bodies produce neurochemicals that helps us regulate our circadian rhythms in response to exposure to sunlight.  If you are an avid computer or mobile device user, I strongly recommend a software program called Flux which can be downloaded for your PC.  And an app called Twilight for Android.  These apps help adjust the color of light given off by electronic screens to mimic the exact time of daylight from sunrise to sunset based on your time zone, rather than 1 24hour default illumination of unnatural, artificial blue light which has been proven to interfere with our sleep patterns.


Even better, if you are super serious about improving your sleep hygiene and have already taken note of everything I previously mention, I very strongly recommend checking out a product that I bought for myself and a close relative made by Phillips called, The Phillips Wake-Up Light.  This product includes what is known as, “Sunrise Simulation” which is explained via the website as followed….

DISCLAIMER: The question I am about to ask you in this particular video was NOT created on the basis of CONFIRMATION BIAS, in an attempt to pre-filter a concept to match an existing belief. But rather, on the basis of pure SKEPTICISM. I am arguing BOTH sides. In fact, I myself have been trying to solve the mystery to this mind-blowing riddle. Hence, the reason why I am posting this is for others to perhaps chime in with open-minded, POSITIVE viewpoints so we can all brainstorm together, and hopefully, try and construct a logical conclusion!

Get ready to be mind blown. Try and wrap your head around this: 
Let’s say you jumped in a time machine, and went back in time and got the attention of the very FIRST Homosapien on Earth (BEFORE having any offspring) while he was out hunting. And Instead of killing the antelope he was just hunting down, he gets impaled and dies. ALL of history would be changed. Forever. From that very moment.

“History would never be what it HAS been all the way up until this point….oh wait…what point??”

As a result of this happening, would there be such a thing as the human race? Also, does this confirm pre-destination?

I don’t know about you, but this is one of the most mind-blowing questions I’ve ever come across. Now here’s my attempt at trying to solve this mystery. Let’s first ring up the definition for the word ‘Predestination’.

Predestination, in theology, is the doctrine that all events have been willed by God, usually with reference to the eventual fate of the individual soul. Explanations of predestination often seeks to address the “paradox of free will“, whereby God’s omniscience seems incompatible with human free will (Wiki).”

So with that being said, if in fact this homosapien died rather than surviving; there would be no other possibility of a lineage of offspring after this occurrence took place. The human race would be cutoff completely. There would be no history because the timeline stops there. What’s even more interesting, is how in the definition it stated that, “predestination often seeks to address the “paradox of free will“, whereby God’s omniscience seems incompatible with human free will.” Following this further, if this man was given free will to go out and hunt by choice, whether he died or not, does this conflict with the omniscience of God due to the outcome not even mattering through free will? Even if the homosapien did in fact survive and was not killed, who’s to say that he survived the following day he went hunting??? The only logical argument to this that I can think of, is if there was a second homosapien, (such a woman) in this scenario and both of these homosapians together had ALREADY given birth to a new generation.

“The only counter argument I could think of is a second Homosapien existing at this time.”

But what if this same scenario was ALSO applied to this new generation???  However, this is why I had mentioned early on that the FIRST and ONLY homosapien had NO offspring whatsoever, and was the ONLY human being to exist at that time.  So because the first homosapien survived indefinitely, can we then conclude that it was PRE-DESTINED for him to live and survive in order to create an offspring of children which we would then refer to as, ‘The Human Race’?  Or in other words, is everything already pre-determined to happen before it even happens? And if so, what is the source that is causing this pre-destination to occur???

Hello everyone and welcome to my new “GREY PILL” video series of videos titled, “Intellectual Self-Defense: Understanding Logical Fallacies”. In this video series, you will discover the full logical fallacies list.

As humans, we all have arguments about various topics be it politics, religion, economical, even drama such as, you know- “he said she said” type arguments. Just about anything in existence can be argued upon. You even see this all over the net; you see it with your own family and friends, with strangers, on television, reality TV. Arguments are everywhere, and they can often lead to worst case scenarios. In essence, not everyone can be in agreement with everything. There’s always going to be some sort of, pull and tug of ideas and beliefs. So how can be as humans solve this? What is the solution?

Now in my honest opinion, I feel like a proper, good and VALID argument or debate, is one where both parties can come to a humble understanding and accept each-others point of view,  even if they disagree. And the delivery of how they convey their viewpoints should be done in a respectful and adult-like manner. Now a bad, invalid or “flawed” argument is an argument where one or both parties, makes it an effort to demoralize or devalue the other person in an attempt to solely prove the other person wrong. Not only does this lead the argument to an unknown, pointless destination, but it also leaves both parties stubborn in their beliefs and often gives off the impression of “childishness”.  So in arguments, you should never make it a mission to simply PROVE the other person wrong, but rather, to prove your point in the most logical and respectful way possible, while at the same time, allowing the other person to do the same. Even if you both disagree, by doing this, you increase your chances of the other person at least CONSIDERING your viewpoint, because psychology tells us that by default, it is human behavior for us to disagree with someone face to face, EVEN IF we actually agree deep down inside- and this mainly built upon pride and ego.


So with that being said, this is the reason why I wanted to create this video series. To help everyone participate in respectful, arguments and debates. Not only will these videos help you get your point across in the most effective way, but it will also stimulate your logic, reasoning and social skills intellectually which will always give you the upper hand in these situations, and you’ll become more mentally sharp!

“Logically Fallacious: The Ultimate Collection of Over 300 Logical Fallacies”


First off, I had absolutely NO idea there were over 300 known logical fallacies. here I am thinking there were no more than about 50. Apparently, I was wrong. I opened the book myself and discovered that there are actually hundreds of logical fallacies that one can study to become a true master of arguments. I’ll probably never make it past 50 at most. This is what I call, mental resistance at it’s best.  Imagine being able to break down the flaws in someone’s arguments using an entire database of fallacious comebacks and then watch as the person is stunned in disbelief. HAH! Now that’s what I call intellectual self-defense!! Check out the book below!
