Hello everyone! So I uploaded a new video on my Youtube channel to address a challenge that many of us are facing every day of our lives. I’m very sure there are many people out there who often wonder why they are always feeling energy and sleep deprived on a daily basis and­­ feeling consistently tired in the morning. “Why is my energy so low?” Fatigue is not a good feeling and it makes us feel unproductive due to stasis. Many people tend to ignore the importance of what we put into our bodies, and are quick to run to solutions that involve consuming unhealthy amounts of caffeinated coffee, energy drinks or even taking energy pills. I am here to tell you that there are reasons for the causes of fatigue. One of the most obvious for lack of energy can be a deficiency of iron and men and women. But it actually goes deeper than that.  So in this segment, I’ll be sharing with you what causes lack of energy and how to increase energy overall.

#1 Hydration:

I cannot stress this one enough. Most people do not drink enough water and I notice all the time that if I don’t drink at least 250Mls of water before going to bed or either the moment after I wake up, I’m always waking up tired feeling like crap and my body feels bogged down throughout the day. Sort of like a car running on an empty gas tank with a loss of power. Suffering from random inexplicable headaches and migraines is another noticeable sign that you MUST drink more water.  I believe the quality of my sleep suffers as well, thus it feels a lot more of an inhibited sleep rather than a deep sleep.  Most times I can help alleviate this feeling when I drink an entire bottle of water as soon as I wake up in the morning. Not to mention, there was a very interesting and informative article that I came across on lifehack.org that explains 8 amazing benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach after waking up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You guys should definitely check that out because the information is actually quite mind-blowing in the sense that it mentions things that would normally fly over our heads. And last but not least for hydration, I also want to mention the importance of drinking Apple Cider Vinegar. #2 Good Diet: This one is not at all an easy fix, but you can slowly start to make sure that you ALWAYS eat right before going to bed! Remember, as you go to sleep when your digestive system is active it will most definitely disturb your sleep quality. Especially if you eat foods that are heavy in dairy and sugar. Sugar is probably the worst thing that you can eat shortly before going to bed because it actually causes your blood to thicken the next day which also leads to fatigue.  Also, other terrible foods that irritate your intestines or can give you acid reflux includes, (super greasy foods, acidic or spicy foods). If you just HAVE to eat these things, at least give your body SEVERAL hours of buffer time before going to bed.

I would also highly suggest a 30-day juice cleanse or a very effective schedule based colon cleanse as well.

#3 Sleep Hygiene:

Good sleep habits include not eating or using your phone, browsing the internet or watching TV in bed.

One thing that a lot of people don’t know is that the blue light emitted by screens on cell phones, computers, tablets, and television restrains the production of melatonin. This is the hormone that controls our sleep/wake cycles or circadian rhythm. In actuality, reducing melatonin makes it harder to fall and stay asleep. Sleep experts say that your bed should only be used for 2 purposes only:  Sleep and Sex. Otherwise, your mind will do the opposite and associate your bed with other fun activities that will prevent your body from naturally switching into sleep mode the moment you get into bed. You should try to go to bed and wake up around the SAME exact time throughout the week, INCLUDING weekends! That way, your body gets into a healthy routine and your brain automatically recognizes the set times for your internal clock. Staying up until 3 am one night and then trying to go to bed at 11 pm the following night and then waking up at 8 am just isn’t going to cut it. It will never magically fix your tiredness because you got only one night of proper sleep.  This will lead to feeling bogged down and fatigued like I had mentioned earlier, due to having an irregular sleep schedule. Google, “Sleep Hygiene” for more info on good behavioral things you can change to help improve your sleep!

#4 Lightning:

Trust me; this is ten times more important than it sounds. Try to get as much sunlight as possible during the day, especially in the morning to help you wake up.  In fact, there was a very informative article that I came across on anonhq.com titled, “Oxford Scientist Confirms Starting Work, School before 10 AM is Torture” By Vandita.   Here’s an important excerpt I wanted to share from the article…

“Dr. Paul Kelley, an honorary clinical research associate at Oxford University’s Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute and one of the UK’s leading sleep experts, says forcing adults and adolescents to start work before 10 am is tantamount to torture, leaving their bodies exhausted and stressed as a result of sleep deprivation.”
“Your liver and your heart have different patterns and you’re asking them to shift two or three hours. We cannot change our 24-hour rhythms. You cannot learn to get up at a certain time. Your body will be attuned to sunlight and you’re not conscious of it because it reports to hypothalamus, not sight.”

 

And this ladies and gentlemen explains why we are lacking energy on a daily basis. Our bodies were naturally made to wake up with the sun. The rays of sunlight that are rich in vitamin D are supposed to pierce through the windows of our bedrooms and make contact with our skin for our bodies to absorb. The problem is that many of us are waking up when the moon is still out when we should be waking up when the sun itself is wide awake. Our bodies produce neurochemicals that helps us regulate our circadian rhythms in response to exposure to sunlight.  If you are an avid computer or mobile device user, I strongly recommend a software program called Flux which can be downloaded for your PC.  And an app called Twilight for Android.  These apps help adjust the color of light given off by electronic screens to mimic the exact time of daylight from sunrise to sunset based on your time zone, rather than 1 24hour default illumination of unnatural, artificial blue light which has been proven to interfere with our sleep patterns.

 

Even better, if you are super serious about improving your sleep hygiene and have already taken note of everything I previously mention, I very strongly recommend checking out a product that I bought for myself and a close relative made by Phillips called, The Phillips Wake-Up Light.  This product includes what is known as, “Sunrise Simulation” which is explained via the website as followed….

In this episode, you wlll discover a mind-blowing fact about the “52 Factorial” behind a standard 52 deck of cards. If you shuffle a deck of standard playing cards, then the order in which they are now in has never happened before, ever, with any deck of playing cards, that has ever existed, in the history of playing cards. 

 

The number of possible combination in which a standard deck of playing cards can be in, no Jokers, no bridge rules just four suits of thirteen cards Ace through King is known as 52 shriek or just written as 52! It is worked out by multiplying each number of possible combinations remaining after one has been shown so its 52*51*50*49…etc all the way down to 1. That is a very large number, there is a 1 in 80658175170943878571660636856403766975289505440883277824000000000000 chance that you will produce a repeat sequence.

To place this in a little bit of perspective imagine you have 1,000,000 (1 Million) planets, on each planet there are 1,000,000 people, each person has 1,000,000 computers, each computer is running a program shuffling 1,000,000 decks of cards 1,000,000 times each second. If I set these individuals to this task on the day the Universe was created some 13.7 billion years ago only now in the PRESENT DAY would there start to be repeat combinations…

I don’t know about anyone else but this makes my brain hurt just to think about…

Edit* This answer is based purely on statistics and not actual facts we don’t (and never will) know the outcome of every card shuffle ever, but odds are we have not covered even 0.000001% of the total possible combinations yet, which means if you shuffle a deck of cards and lay them out there is a 99.999999% chance you have laid out an absolute world first.

Every person who visits this website is searching for something that they either want to know more about, or they have an issue in their life that they are trying to overcome. As humans, we often run to the external, “outside” sources to help strengthen the source that is internally within us all. We are also in need of the vital resources to help aid us in our survival in this world. If we go way back in the timeline, long before food even became a convenience to us; the hunter-gatherers would have to rely on trained hunting skills with hopes that they were fortunate enough to kill game to help feed themselves and their family. Although we now have such privileges likes grocery stores that exist today, metaphorically speaking, there is still a lot in this world that we must go out and “hunt” for ourselves. We may no longer have to “hunt” for food like we used to. However, there are many other important things we must “hunt” for in order to survive. We must hunt for better finances, better health, better love relationships, and better groundedness and sense of self as we attempt to find the meaning of life and our purpose in this Universe.

But amidst this quest for all of the aforementioned, there are negative forces such as “evil” and “greed” that keeps this journey from being a smooth sailing, harmonious one. Unfortunately, an unknown force that lives in the shrouds of darkness wants to keep us bound so that we continue to struggle financially, suffer from bad health, experience heartbreak, and many of us feel as though there’s nothing more to life than being a slave to “The Matrix“.

“Well, I am here to tell you that a simple journey down the rabbit hole will change your entire perspective on life.”

Many of you have probably been wondering what this website is even about in its entirety. So to answer your question, this website is everything that has been heavy in your mind and on your heart every day when you wake up. I have created the “PeoplesBrain” blog to provide you with a bit of appeasement on your soul. To wrap up the best advice through research on various topics, ALL in one place. For example, instead of going to two separate blogs; one for financial advice and another for love advice, you have it all right here. This is the “convenience” that I wanted to provide to all my “hunters“. Why be the hunter who struggles and gazes off into far distant lands in search of food, when you can learn to grow your own? I wanted to make this a centralized “hub” that people from all walks of life can come to, can relate to, and take a piece out of it to share with others while improving their own lives at the same time. And then returning back for more once it’s time to do so if they are hungry for more. The all you can eat “food for thought” buffet is endless. Hence, the reason why I have named this blog, “PeoplesBrain“. It is the ricochet of information from one brain to another. You will notice that this site isn’t highly academic in nature with super fancy vocabulary words and writing prose. I did not go to school to become a writer and I am not interested in writing in a way to “impress” the grammar police. In fact, I tend to avoid great detail of academic jargon because I notice that this style of writing simply doesn’t appeal to most readers. This is a troll free zone. I created this website as a small project of mine that I started back in 2013 when I was only 21 years old and it really means alot to me. I started off sharing this site with friends and family, and now the site is becoming more and more popular in the cyber world every day. You often hear about people complain about being single….not being able to find love. Still searching high and low for a soulmate.

Well for all the single folks out there, here’s a mind-blowing fact about BLUE WHALES, to help you feel better.

The loneliest creature on Earth is the Blue Whale who has been calling out for a mate for over TWO DECADES… As if it could get any more depressing, the blue whale has such a high-pitched mating call, that OTHER types of whales never respond to it…in other words, the Blue Whale travels through the vast ocean completely alone for over 20+ years.

“And you thought you were “‘forever alone?’ Gimme a break…”

 

The Blue Whale (Balaenoptera musculus) (which is actually a marine mammal) is also the largest known animal to ever exist on the planet which can reach a maximum length of up to 100ft  with a maximum recorded weight of up to 200 tons!

In this second picture below, you’ll see that the blue whale can reach a maximum size in length of almost 3 school buses. You can also see that it’s size surpasses that of a tank, a triceratops, and even a space shuttle!

Here are some other mindblowing facts about the Blue Whale:

  • Blue whale calves drink 380–570 liters of milk a day.
  • Calves gain at least 90kg a day in its first year
  • A blue whale’s milk supposedly tastes like a mixture of fish, liver, milk of magnesia, and castor oil.
  • Baby whale calves gain about 200 pounds (91 kilograms) every day for its first year.
  • An elephant weights lighter than a Blue whales tongue
  • Their heart can be the size of a Mini Cooper
  • Most whales give birth surrounded by midwives. The midwives help the newborn stay at the surface for breathing, while the mother recovers.
  • The blue whale has the largest penis in the world at about 8 feet long, but not the largest testes. That award goes to the Southern Right whale. One pair of Southern Right whale gonads weighs about one ton.
  • The head and lower jaw of humpback whales are covered with knobs called tubercles, which are actually hair follicles.
  • Because of an absence of teeth (which can be used to estimate age in other mammals), it is difficult to tell how old blue whales are when they die. It is believed they live past 50 years old.

DISCLAIMER: The question I am about to ask you in this particular video was NOT created on the basis of CONFIRMATION BIAS, in an attempt to pre-filter a concept to match an existing belief. But rather, on the basis of pure SKEPTICISM. I am arguing BOTH sides. In fact, I myself have been trying to solve the mystery to this mind-blowing riddle. Hence, the reason why I am posting this is for others to perhaps chime in with open-minded, POSITIVE viewpoints so we can all brainstorm together, and hopefully, try and construct a logical conclusion!

Get ready to be mind blown. Try and wrap your head around this: 
Let’s say you jumped in a time machine, and went back in time and got the attention of the very FIRST Homosapien on Earth (BEFORE having any offspring) while he was out hunting. And Instead of killing the antelope he was just hunting down, he gets impaled and dies. ALL of history would be changed. Forever. From that very moment.

“History would never be what it HAS been all the way up until this point….oh wait…what point??”

As a result of this happening, would there be such a thing as the human race? Also, does this confirm pre-destination?

I don’t know about you, but this is one of the most mind-blowing questions I’ve ever come across. Now here’s my attempt at trying to solve this mystery. Let’s first ring up the definition for the word ‘Predestination’.

Predestination, in theology, is the doctrine that all events have been willed by God, usually with reference to the eventual fate of the individual soul. Explanations of predestination often seeks to address the “paradox of free will“, whereby God’s omniscience seems incompatible with human free will (Wiki).”

So with that being said, if in fact this homosapien died rather than surviving; there would be no other possibility of a lineage of offspring after this occurrence took place. The human race would be cutoff completely. There would be no history because the timeline stops there. What’s even more interesting, is how in the definition it stated that, “predestination often seeks to address the “paradox of free will“, whereby God’s omniscience seems incompatible with human free will.” Following this further, if this man was given free will to go out and hunt by choice, whether he died or not, does this conflict with the omniscience of God due to the outcome not even mattering through free will? Even if the homosapien did in fact survive and was not killed, who’s to say that he survived the following day he went hunting??? The only logical argument to this that I can think of, is if there was a second homosapien, (such a woman) in this scenario and both of these homosapians together had ALREADY given birth to a new generation.

“The only counter argument I could think of is a second Homosapien existing at this time.”

But what if this same scenario was ALSO applied to this new generation???  However, this is why I had mentioned early on that the FIRST and ONLY homosapien had NO offspring whatsoever, and was the ONLY human being to exist at that time.  So because the first homosapien survived indefinitely, can we then conclude that it was PRE-DESTINED for him to live and survive in order to create an offspring of children which we would then refer to as, ‘The Human Race’?  Or in other words, is everything already pre-determined to happen before it even happens? And if so, what is the source that is causing this pre-destination to occur???

Youtube Channel Growth: We Surpassed 5,000+ Subscribers!

This is the part of the story where it starts to get more interesting and exciting! I wanted to share with everyone the Youtube Channel Growth in this post.

As we close off the first half of 2017 to start the second half, I always had hoped that the year would get better as time progresses. The first half of 2017 was probably the most challenging time for me in my personal life, but never did I give up on pushing out more content for my Youtube Channel. Thanks to all my subscribers and viewers, you all gave me the hope and motivation to continue making videos despite my hardships. And even better, the Youtube Channel has now amassed over 5,000 subscribers and has passed over half a million views in total. This was a goal that I had actually set out to meet towards the end of this year, but it looks like I’ve accomplished this goal six months earlier

As you all know, my #1 goal with this blog is to help improve the lives of many others through the power of research, as noted in the headline of this site. Research and reading are my two most avid hobbies and sharing useful information with the world is such a wonderful journey. I’ve always wanted to make a difference in the world and I’m glad I can help contribute to this through a blog and a Youtube Channel.

I cannot express in words how happy and proud I am to have reached this level of success.
